shops audited
Online shops placed under audit by the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority, opened after 124 user complaints.

€500
per day
A French court ordered Carrefour to fix its site within six months or pay that amount for every further day.
When the letter arrives you have about 14 days. The regulator asks for specifics: which barriers were reviewed, which are confirmed, what is fixed, what is planned, and by when.
§ 03
The alternatives
Today a shop your size has three bad options
| What you do | What it costs | What you get | Why it fails |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hire a specialist agency | $1,250–$5,000, several weeks | A real audit, with human testers | Calendar time and procurement, for something you are not yet sure you need. |
| Run a free scanner | Free, ten minutes | Around 400 unranked technical warnings | No ranking, no fix, and no document you can hand to anyone. |
| Paste a paid accessibility script into your footer | €490–€1,490 a year | A floating icon and a feeling of safety | Austria's regulator audited a shop running one: the core barriers were untouched, and the script created new ones. In April 2025 the US FTC finalised a $1 million order against accessiBe for claiming its technology made any site meet WCAG. |
We are not going to sell you the third one. We do not sell a badge, a seal, or a certificate, and we never will.
§ 04
What we do
The gap here is not detection. It is translation.
Machines already find most technical barriers. Nobody turns them into something a non-specialist can act on and a regulator will accept.
We choose the pages ourselves, from your shop's own structure: home, a category, a product, cart, checkout, account, contact, legal — up to 25. We read markup, CSS and page structure.
Then frontier models write the document an audit firm charges thousands for. Checkout is read last, deliberately, and its real number lands in front of you.

Who is blocked
A screen reader announces this field as “edit text, blank”. A placeholder is not a label, and it disappears at the first keystroke. Somebody paying by card cannot tell which box takes the number.

The deliverable
Three documents, in minutes, for €149
- 01
The Audit
Every barrier we found, ranked by whether it blocks a real purchase journey. Each carries the element, the WCAG 2.2 AA criterion, one sentence on who is blocked, the fix, and the effort. Counts carry their denominator: 41 barriers across 25 pages, never “many”.
- 02
The accessibility statement
Publishable, filled with your real findings and real dates, in your shop's language. Sold as the Statement Pack for €79, together with a response template for a regulator letter.
- 03
The Action Plan
A dated list with owners and target dates. This is what a regulator means by specifics, and what evidence of diligence looks like on paper.

§ 06

Products with prices. No plans, no tiers, nothing that recurs.

§ 07
Our blind spots
What automated analysis cannot see
This paragraph is printed on page one of every report we produce. The alternative is the claim our best-funded competitors were fined for making.
Whether a screen reader user can complete your purchase from end to end. That needs a person, and we say so.
Whether your alt text describes the right thing. We can see that it exists and that it is not empty.
Whether a keyboard-only journey makes sense in order, not merely whether focus is visible.
Anything behind a login, a bot wall, or a page we could not read. Those are listed as unread, never as checked.
We will never write that buying something from us makes your shop compliant. The Audit is dated, specific evidence of diligence. That is a real thing, and it is not the same thing.
